(1) Gas solenoid valve

Due to the adjustment of fuel structure in our country, the proportion of gas fuel is constantly increasing, and the demand for gas solenoid valves is also growing. There are many types of gas, such as natural gas, industrial gas, city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc., which contain different impurities and corrosion conditions, and have different requirements for valves. Moreover, there is a significant difference in pressure levels, with compressed natural gas reaching 21-25Mpa and gas appliances having pressures as low as 2Kpa. Our country already has mature products. Our company's CE series gas solenoid valves have been exported to the European Union.

It is worth mentioning that dual fuel vehicles have been continuously promoted in China with the improvement of environmental regulations. Tens of thousands of vehicles have been retrofitted in 12 cities, and now most of them still use imported fuel supply systems, including solenoid valves. In fact, these solenoid valves are not produced by professional foreign solenoid valve companies, and the performance test results do not all meet the relevant technical standards of China's gas industry. (2) Steam solenoid valve

Steam solenoid valves first need to solve the problem of high temperature resistance, and their sealing materials, conductive and magnetic materials should be specially selected. The corrosion of steam pipelines is quite severe and should be taken seriously. More importantly, there is a lot of condensed water in the steam pipeline after the factory closes, and the solenoid valve needs to be able to reliably operate when both gaseous and liquid fluids pass through. (3) Water solenoid valve

Water solenoid valves are often considered the simplest, but in reality, water is divided into various categories such as tap water, industrial pure water, industrial wastewater, irrigation water, seawater, etc. Their corrosion performance and cleanliness vary, and different solenoid valves should be selected accordingly. Although water valves are the most common, their performance requirements vary depending on their usage.

For example, the reliability of the operation of fire solenoid valves is crucial, and the consequences of failure would be unimaginable. Even if a regular manual valve is not opened or closed for a long time, it is difficult to quickly open it. In recent years, high-rise buildings have sprung up like mushrooms, and China's fire electromagnetic valve technology has also matured.

For example, a water treatment plant needs to use solenoid valves for inverted siphon pipelines. These solenoid valves must work reliably under pressure and vacuum conditions, and must not have internal leakage. Moreover, they should still operate flexibly in situations where the cleanliness of the water is not high. Our company's specialized solenoid valve for water plants has been applied in hundreds of water plants across the country. (4) Oil solenoid valve

There are many types of oil products, and sealing technology is one of the key factors. Oil resistant rubber is just a category name, and different oils or even the same type of oil contain different impurities, so different types of oil resistant rubber need to be selected. For example, being able to withstand leaded gasoline may not necessarily be able to withstand unleaded gasoline. In recent years, with the increasing sales of specialized solenoid valves, the lifespan of specialized oil resistant rubber has also been continuously improved.

The viscosity of oil products varies greatly, and different structures of solenoid valves must be selected.

High viscosity oil often flows at high temperatures, so solenoid valves also need to solve the problem of high temperature resistance. For fuel, explosion-proof requirements must also be met.

In recent years, our company has successively launched various specialized solenoid valves for gasoline, diesel, heavy oil, etc., which have been widely used.

(5) Electromagnetic valve for air conditioning

Air conditioning is divided into heating and cooling. In recent years, refrigerants have undergone significant changes, with ammonia and Freon gradually decreasing, while new refrigerants such as lithium bromide are gradually increasing. The related issues of sealing, corrosion, and lifespan require careful selection of materials, rational design, and advanced processes. It is worth mentioning that air conditioning mainly relies on adjusting air volume to control temperature and humidity, and continuous adjustment of valve flow is not entirely necessary. Valve free air conditioning systems are also being used now, but they have been criticized for problems such as condensation and dripping. Therefore, solenoid valves with simple structures and low prices are the most reliable choice. Due to the influence of foreign traditions, electric valves with complex structures and difficult torque control are still widely used in China.
