The rated power of a solenoid valve is the maximum power required to ensure that the solenoid valve can open normally. After the valve is activated, the travel distance is minimized and the electromagnetic force reaches its maximum due to the adsorption of the armature. At this point, while the armature remains in place, the additional power is converted into thermal energy through the coil resistance. The long-term accumulation of thermal energy not only makes the solenoid valve hot and reduces its lifespan, but also wastes precious electrical energy resources.
The novel and cutting-edge energy-saving cooling technology developed by our factory directly replaces existing products in the market. It can automatically reduce the power of the solenoid valve to the minimum after high-power start-up, that is, only meeting the minimum power required for the armature to maintain adsorption. This greatly reduces the additional heat generated by the reduced travel distance and extra current. Even if used for a long time, the solenoid valve will not heat up or become hot, greatly extending the service life of the solenoid valve coil and making long-term electrification of the solenoid valve a reality.
Energy saving and cooling technology can enable solenoid valves to operate at voltages exceeding the rated voltage of the coil. For example, solenoid valves with a rated voltage of 12VDC can operate at 24VDC. After 100ms of starting the solenoid valve, the energy-saving and cooling installation will automatically reduce the voltage without any adverse effects on the solenoid valve, and can also improve its performance. Shortening the response time of the solenoid valve, opening the solenoid valve with high voltage, and maintaining the solenoid valve with low power consumption are the core of this technology.
