As the actuator in the high-temperature control system, the high-temperature solenoid valve plays a crucial role in heating and cooling temperature control. The entire temperature control model is equipped with the following basic units as accessories: temperature controller, high-temperature solenoid valve, temperature sensor, and control power supply.

Control method: The temperature controller includes a host that can set upper and lower temperature limits, and a probe that can detect temperature. When the temperature reaches the lower limit, it will power on the high-temperature solenoid valve, open the solenoid valve, and heat up the backend equipment. When the temperature probe detects the set upper temperature limit, it will power off the solenoid valve, which will close and stop heating the equipment at the back end.

With a complete set of temperature control equipment, automated control is achieved through high-temperature solenoid valves, greatly reducing enterprise costs and enabling the equipment to operate automatically without human supervision, thereby improving efficiency.
